Welcome to the Bethany Village Apartments web site. Bethany Village Apartments is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our mission is to provide housing for elderly persons that are at least 62 years old or mobility impaired individuals with incomes that meet the FY income limits of low, very low, or extremely low income.

The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a senior or disabled resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Utilities are included!

Our spacious One and Two-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities.
